Soros-Backed Prosecutor Doctored Evidence Taken From McCloskey Home to Justify Felony Charges

Not shocking folks, and this is starting to smell more, and more like a set up, and perhaps even that the “McCloskeys” were targeted by the mob, and by Soros for alternate and more sinister motifs? Now It’s been revealed that St. Louis authorities doctored a weapon taken from Patricia McCloskey following the raid of her home to build the felony case against her and her husband. Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner, who has been funded with large donations from organizations bankrolled by progressive billionaire George Soros, ordered that a firearm taken from McCloskey be reassembled in a crime lab to build her case.

Patricia McCloskey and her husband, Mark McCloskey, are being charged with felonies for standing up to a violent left-wing mob outside of their home.

Crime lab workers documented that the firearm was “readily capable of lethal use” despite the fact that it could not be fired initially. This is the crucial determination required under Missouri law to justify the charges. The firing pin spring was placed in front of the firing pin within the gun, making the weapon inoperable.

The state experts had to put it back together correctly in order to get it to fire. “The firearm could not be test fired as submitted. At the request of [Assistant Circuit Attorney] Chris Hinckley, the firearm was field stripped and found to have been assembled incorrectly… The firearm was reassembled properly, test fired and functioned as design,” the crime lab experts wrote.

Attorney Joel Schwartz, who is representing the McCloskeys, said that his clients purposefully misplaced the gun’s firing pin and that it could not fire while she was waving it at marauding rioters near her home. “It’s disheartening to learn that a law enforcement agency altered evidence in order to prosecute an innocent member of the community,” Schwartz said.

The McCloskeys are expected to be pardoned by Missouri Governor Mike Parson if they are ultimately convicted of a crime for defending themselves and their property… The person who belongs in prison here along with those in the mob which destroyed the community property but tried to kill these people is Kim Gardner, and her involvement with Soros needs to be looked at as his name keeps coming in what now is looking less, and less like a conspiracy or a hoax guys. I honestly believe George Soros is behind Antifa, Black Lives Matter, ActBlue, and all the riots, and chaos we’re seeing on the streets. Him, the media, and Hollywood along with China are all in on it…. Hell I think they should all be charged in one RICO ACT! This is treason on the highest level, and this family here is one prime example if you’re trying to connect the dots here. All signs leads to George Soros, and the Obama administration. This includes the Clinton’s, and yes Joe Biden himself. This folks is about the election coming up… China spread the virus, Pelosi, and Biden are doing their part in their “WRAP UP SMEAR” on the President, and in doing so destroying our country.

Hours after the St. Louis couple who pointed guns at protesters were given felony charges, Missouri’s attorney general said he’s joining the case to get their charges dismissed.

Mark and Patricia McCloskey were charged Monday with one count each of unlawful use of a weapon… The charges stem from video taken of the pair on June 28, in which they were seen shouting at and pointing firearms at demonstrators marching through their upscale neighborhood on the way to a protest outside Mayor Lyda Krewson’s house. 

In announcing the charges, St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner said: “We must protect the right to peacefully protest, and any attempt to chill it through intimidation will not be tolerated.”

Clearly this woman is crazy, and doesn’t understand reality, and the facts of the case. These charges are bullshit, and again only reason I feel this happened is because these people might have been targeted by the Antifa, BLM, Soros folks. Monday night, hours after the charges were filed, Missouri’s attorney general, Eric Schmitt, filed an amicus brief in the case defending the McCloskeys, who work as personal-injury lawyers. 

In a previous interview with KMOV, Mark McCloskey said a “mob of at least 100” broke into their gated community and came rushing toward their house, causing him and his wife to fear for their lives. Schmitt said the McCloskeys were well within their rights to arm themselves against intruders, citing the state’s “castle doctrine,” which allows homeowners to use force to protect their property. “The right to keep and bear arms is given the highest level of protection in our constitution and our laws, including the Castle Doctrine. This provides broad rights to Missourians who are protecting their property and lives from those who wish to do them harm,” Schmitt wrote in his brief, according to KSDK.

He continued: “Despite this, Circuit Attorney Gardner filed charges against the McCloskeys, who, according to published reports, were defending their property and safety.

“As Missouri’s Chief law enforcement officer, I won’t stand by while Missouri law is being ignored — that’s why I entered this case to seek its dismissal, to protect the rights of Missourians to defend their property under Missouri’s Castle Doctrine.” It will be up to a judge whether to take Schmitt’s advice and throw the case out. The McCloskeys’ case, which has made national headlines, has been politically divisive. Schmitt, a Republican, called the case a “politically motivated prosecution.”

Last week, President Donald Trump defended the couple, telling the conservative Townhall that attempts to prosecute the couple were a “disgrace,” adding: “These people were standing there, never used it, and they were legal, the weapons.” Gov. Mike Parson, a Republican, also said later that day that Trump planned to “help with this situation.”
