Price tage on U.S. Capitol Jan 6th Protest at $1.5 million in damages says prosecutors

So The Justice Department officially just disclosed the price tag on the so called “Jan 6th Riots at the Capitol” at $1.5 million figure in a letter to a defense lawyer for Paul Allard Hodgkins, a Florida man who pleaded guilty on Wednesday to one count of obstructing an official proceeding. So I wonder where are these figures coming from? I mean COPS Let people in, and there were some broken windows, and some stuff inside but I don’t see how that number is even possible. I mean they said the following “Your client acknowledges that the riot that occurred on January 6, 2021, caused as of May 17, 2021, approximately $1,495,326.55 damage to the United States Capitol,” stated the letter, sent on May 27 and made public on Wednesday. How could be “acknowledge” something he didn’t evaluate, and doesn’t even sound right?

Hodgkins’ plea agreement calls for him to “pay restitution to the Department of Treasury in the amount of $2,000,” according to the letter, which was first reported by the Washington Post. So that could pay for a window or two I’m sure, and it’s more than any stimulus check we have got from our so called President Biden since he took office. Even tho he promised during the run he would issue multiple checks. Guess more lies to add to the Biden historical piles of lies.

The Justice Department letter did not indicate how investigators arrived at the $1.5 million figure so again these liberals are just throwing crap numbers out there but we know how much the 2020 Summer of “Chop & Love” cost, and that’s in the BILLIONS! Oh but the DemocRATS don’t even want to talk about that! They just want to rehash, and over inflate numbers on a nothing event like Jan 6th to feed their stupid narratives..

As of now more than 440 people have been charged in connection with the Capitol peaceful protest, in which throngs of Republican former President Donald Trump’s supporters being lead by fringe leftist groups like BLM/Antifa, and Boogalo Boys stormed the Capitol in a failed bid to stop Congress from certifying Democrat Joe Biden’s presidential election fixed victory.

Few guilty pleas have been entered so far since the Justice Department launched its bogus investigation into the event, and in a sign that prosecutors are driving a tough bargain. The charge against Hodgkins can carry a statutory maximum penalty of 20 years in prison, though U.S. District Judge Randolph Moss said federal sentencing guidelines call for a sentence in the range of 15 to 21 months.

But Kamala Harris helped bail out murderers, rioters, looters, and evil people last year, and said on TV they should continue doing what they’re doing, and the main stream news is giving her a pass, and those people are free to live. This folks is beyond hypocrisy, and these socialist/communists keep laying on the thickness of their sickness on more, and more on a daily basis.
