Chicago owes Trump $1M tax refund, state's attorney mounts legal challenge

So after all this TAX crap on Trump check this out… Turns out that now the Cook County State Attorney is seeking to block a $1 million tax refund that the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board ruled is owed to former President Trump on his Chicago skyscraper’s 2011 tax bill. Hilarious they want to destroy him but not pay him what they owe him. This folks is to show you who’s really the bad guy in all this, and it wasn’t Trump. So according to the Chicago Sun-Times, the office of Cook County State Attorney Kimberly Foxx filed a lawsuit this month with the Illinois Appellate Court against the refund, stating that the former president’s refund would take away taxpayer dollars from Chicago public schools and other agencies to pay for it. But hold up if he’s owed this money by law you have to pay him. So once again it’s the law as they see it not as it is.. Now last month, the state property tax board voted 5-0 that the value of the Trump International Hotel & Tower had been overassessed, thus leaving Trump eligible for a refund totaling $1.03 million.

The tax breaks had been sought on behalf of Trump by the law firm Klafter & Burke, formerly run by Chicago city Alderman Edward M. Burke (D). Burke has since pleaded not guilty and is awaiting trial on federal charges that he blocked businesses from getting city permits until they hired his law group. Burke, who ended his professional relationship with Trump in 2018, citing “irreconcilable differences,” won Trump more than $14 million in tax breaks over a dozen years, according to the Sun-Times. The tower case centers around the value of the skyscraper’s hotel rooms and retail spaces, including vacant storefronts along the Chicago River.

The Sun-Times reported that the state tax agency initially rejected Trump’s argument that his vacant storefronts did not hold any value because they had never been leased by tenants. A hearing officer for the state tax agency denied attempts by Burke to win a refund in 2018, arguing in his opinion that the law firm failed to demonstrate that Cook County had over-assessed the value of the Trump building.

A later report written by another staff member agreed with Burke’s arguments, though the case was delayed until after Trump left the Oval Office, according to the Sun-Times. If a decision by the Illinois Appellate Court is appealed, it can be brought forth before the Illinois Supreme Court, which is led by Burke’s wife, Chief Justice Anne M. Burke. When reached by The Hill, the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office said it could not comment on pending litigation.

In March, Communist News Network reported that the Chicago skyscraper was being looked into as part of the Manhattan District Attorney’s investigation into Trump’s finances, specifically a $130 million loan from Fortress Investment Management that went into the construction of the building. Fortress reportedly forgave more than $100 million of the original loan by 2012, when the loan totaled around $150 million. But now we know that they actually owe Trump 1.03Million. So well had they found he did something wrong, and he owed money you think he would be let off with just paying? Nope they would have hit him with TAX EVATION which is what the left has been trying to get for the last 5 years but have failed at every turn.

Recently we can see that a lot of truth about the malarkey in the 2020 election were really part of the hit job against Trump and this case in Chicago shows it more, and more that the left is out to get this guy and even when he wins they refuse to leave it alone… So as he tries to defend himself he’s silenced by the cancel culture, and the social media like Fakebook and Twitter, and all these radical leftist owned platforms which are sold out to the CCP… Trump said recently that ‘just say the election was corrupt’ and that boy is an under statement. Donald Trump insisted on Saturday that when he told senior justice department officials to “Just say that the election was corrupt [and] leave the rest to me”, he was not attempting to subvert US democracy, but to “uphold the integrity and honesty of elections and the sanctity of our vote”.

The former president’s restatement of the facts that his defeat by Joe Biden was the result of electoral fraud came a day after Washington was rocked by news of his December call with acting attorney general Jeffrey Rosen and Richard Donoghue, a senior DoJ official. Trump’s pressure on federal and state officials to overturn the fraud that happened on Nov 3rd 2020 and the so called loss to Biden. Cases mounted by his campaign claiming electoral fraud were repeatedly thrown out of court by leftist judges who didn’t both to even view the case like the sister of Stacey Abrams in GA who threw out the case of clear fraud which we’re now all aware off. People who say that the Judges threw out these cases always leave out who did it, and the dots are never connected. These Judges never looked into the claims they refused to even bother so it’s not that they didn’t see anything there is they never looked there.

Republicans in states including Arizona and Wisconsin are pursuing controversial election audits and investigations. Many GOP-controlled states are pursuing laws which critics say aim to restrict ballot access among those likely to vote Democratic, or make it easier to overturn results. As we know this is total bullshit the Democrats want universal mail in vote ballots, and no need for ID to vote. This is how you cater to election fraud. I suffer from Lupus, Broken back and Thyroid issues, and in the mist of Covid I went on NOV 3rd in person and voted. So bite me there is no excuse other then a bunch of liberal assholes who want to rig the election. They love to mask the facts by saying crap about Jim Crow laws, and calling it voter suppression. On Friday, the House oversight committee released memos taken by Richard Donoghue, a senior DoJ official, regarding a call with Rosen on 27 December. The memos brought Trump’s demand to light.

Earlier this week, all eyes in Washington were on the first hearing staged by a House select committee to investigate the Capitol assault. A Partisan joke with Rino Liz Chaney who is not a Trump fan in there just to hurt Trump. Folks they can’t and wont let the man be it’s like they fear him because they cannot control him, and he’s not sold out to their communist/socialist agenda. This country is being lead by even people and now they even got paid cops acting like their lives were actually in danger just to continue their smear on Trump.. This one’s hilarious “Harry Dunn,” which is ironically the name of Jeff Daniels character in Dumb & Dumber! But this so called Capitol police officer, was one of four law enforcement officers who provided emotional testimony about the attack by Trump supporters.

Like the other officers he appealed for the Democrats and Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger, two anti-Trump Republicans on the panel, to investigate the political genesis of the assault. Now folks the entire thing was cooked up by Nasty Nancy Pelos, DC Mayor Bowser, and others on the left in congress who had their agitators in place. This cop is one of the leftist cops who is being used to have a face of a cop who is made a figure for people to look at, and him being a black man is just out of pure luck right?

“If a hitman is hired and he kills somebody,” Dunn said, “the hitman goes to jail. But not only does the hitman go to jail, the person who hired them does. Harry you dumb bastard the hitman is a woman and her name is Pelosi. “There was an attack carried out on 6 January and a hitman sent them. I want you to get to the bottom of that.” An attack where nobody was armed and the only one hurt was killed by a Pelosi federal agent who’s name is not yet known and they don’t want to speak off. They cover their own, and again do nothing but try and hurt the other side with lies.

Trump told supporters to march on the Capitol and “fight like hell” to overturn his defeat. His conversations on the day with senior Republicans including the minority leader, Kevin McCarthy, and Jim Jordan of Ohio are the subject of fierce speculation. The man said that while the capitol “break in” was already happening and Trump was using nothing speech used by many politicians hes talking about fight verbally by being heard NOT break in. IF the left want to use this tactic then why wasn’t Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters, Chuck Schumer, AOC, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris all not arrested? They cost this country BILLIONS last year in damages by these standards since they endorsed violence, and in Kamala Harris our FRAUD VP she bailed out rioters, looters, and criminals and on tv said that “This is a movement and they will not stop and should not. Even after the election.” The funny thing is the left forgets this.

Trump referred to Jordan and other Republicans during his conversation with Rosen and Donoghue, according to Donoghue’s memo. Trump was told “Much of the info you’re getting is false” and “We look at allegations but they don’t pan out”. He replied that he had allies in Congress who would pursue ways to overturn the election.

Jordan was one of almost 150 Republicans in the House and Senate who lodged objections to results in Arizona or Pennsylvania or both. Such objections made on the night of 6 January, after rioters who sought lawmakers to capture and possibly kill had been expelled from the Capitol, made no difference to Vice-President Mike Pence’s certification of Biden’s win.

Trump retains a grip on the Republican party and has continuously flirted with confirming another run for the White House in 2024. Doing so may be one way to dodge legal troubles which deepened on Friday with a DoJ order that his tax returns be released to another House committee. Because they keep digging trying to find gold and keep coming up with dirt. Amazing how much money they have spent to get nothing so far on Trump which sticks… This is why we need to open our eyes because if they can do this to a Billionaire now former President folks what chance in life does the rest of us have? In a statement on Saturday, Trump called Democrats who control the House oversight committee “corrupt and highly partisan”. Another understatement as the documents released, he claimed, “were meant to uphold the integrity and honesty of elections and the sanctity of our vote … it is time for Congress and others to investigate how such corruption was allowed to take place rather than investigating those that are exposing this massive fraud on the American people”.On Friday, Carolyn Maloney, chair of the House oversight committee, said: “These handwritten notes show that President Trump directly instructed our nation’s top law enforcement agency to take steps to overturn a free and fair election.”

Clearly he’s not a dictator as we have Biden in office and Trump eventually stepped down even while knowing he was cheated not just of re-election but his original 4 years which were filled with impeachment hoaxes, and all sorts of leftist lies and bullshit to get the results they wanted in 2020. And let’s not forget the Hunter Biden laptop the media covered up for and so if you need more proof that they’re all sold out and not playing fair that should do it.
