Trump Sues House Jan. 6 Committee, National Archives

Potus 45 Former President Donald Trump filed a lawsuit on Oct. 18 in a Washington court against the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol protest and also the National Archives in a bid to keep his presidential records classified, citing executive privilege.

Trump’s court filing argues (.pdf) that the committee’s records request is too broad and doesn’t serve any legislative purpose.

“The Committee’s request amounts to nothing less than a vexatious, illegal fishing expedition openly endorsed by [President Joe] Biden and designed to unconstitutionally investigate President Trump and his administration,” the lawsuit reads. “Our laws do not permit such an impulsive, egregious action against a former President and his close advisors.” And now we’re almost a year into Biden in office and all they done is destroy our country and continue this witch hunt to find ANYTHING to stop Trump from running again and so far have failed on all fronts. These people are relentless I’ll give them that but my god they fail at every turn and still continue to make shit up just to spin the narrative their way.

Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.), one of the chairs of the House select committee, and the national archivist, David Ferriero, were also named as defendants in the lawsuit.

“In cases like this, where a committee has declined to grant sufficient time to conduct a full review, there is a longstanding bipartisan tradition of protective assertions of executive privilege designed to ensure the ability of the Executive to make a final assertion, if necessary, over some or all of the requested material,” the lawsuit reads. But remember these people are not playing by the rules, and by the law the Radical morons in congress, and the senate who are DemoncRATS are sold out hard on trying to still take down Trump! The rest of country can go down and belong to China/Russia they don’t care they just want Trump! You need to ask yourself why? Why do they allow known liars and conmen like Adam Schiff to even be in the DOJ or in any political position? Same can be asked about PELOSI, Schummer, Nadler, AOC, and her Fraud Squad domestic terrorists. The Presidential Records Act is unconstitutional should it be “read so broadly as to allow an incumbent President unfettered discretion to waive the previous President’s executive privilege, mere months following an administration change,” according to the lawsuit. The committee is seeking potentially millions of presidential records, including presidential conversations and communications with lawyers. Because folks they had nothing with the “Russian Collusion” nothing with the “Trump Taxes” and so this is now the latest scheme again. Another fucking crapload of our tax payer money going to try and find something to pin on Trump! The left breaks laws all the time and nobody calls them out in the MSM but FOX News! It’s incredible…

The lawsuit was filed by Jesse Binnall, who had represented Trump in a Nevada election-related lawsuit filed in 2020. Subpoenas for documents and testimony were issued by the Jan. 6 committee against several former Trump administration aides. Former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon publicly vowed to not comply with congressional demands. Good and now knowing this you know Steve Bannon is become a major target they want to throw him in prison for simply saying “nope not gonna get involved in this with hunt.” Oh I’d just go there and plead the 5th on all their leftist questions.

After Bannon’s comment, Biden said the Department of Justice should prosecute him if he continues to defy the subpoenas. However, a Justice Department spokesman rebuked his claim, saying it will “make its own independent decisions in all prosecutions based solely on the facts and the law. Period. Full stop.” Joe Biden needs to be waterboarded in GITMO he’s not the President this man is a domestic terrorist sold out to CHINA and Russia and he of course wants to try and hurt Trump, Bannon and anyone he can it’s the only escape he has, and if the Republicans take the house, and senate in the mid terms he’s done. IF Trump wins in 2024 I hope he remembers all this Joe Biden has done and goes after him legally for the time he’s President.

The lawsuit comes days after White House press secretary Chucky or Jen Psaki told reporters that the Biden administration wouldn’t allow Trump to assert executive privilege to block the request from the House committee. This red headed devil who lies on a daily basis to us the AMERICAN PEOPLE needs to also get the GITMO treatment.

“The president has determined an assertion of executive privilege isn’t warranted for the first set of documents from the Trump White House that have been provided to us by the National Archives,” Psaki said on Oct. 8, stating that more troves of documents could be evaluated on a “case-by-case basis.”

The National Archives is reportedly scheduled to hand over the Trump administration documents in November. But right now the entire world is screaming “FUCK JOE BIDEN” or yeah sorry “Let’s Go Brandon!” lol The world is waking up to these evil leftist demons trying to destroy the world.
