Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene testifies at hearing over whether she should be disqualified from running for re-election
The hearing is underway Friday in Atlanta to determine if Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene is constitutionally barred from running for re-election due to her role in the January 6, 2021, protest in Washington. She could possibly be removed from the ballot under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which “disqualifies from office anyone who ‘shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against’ the United States,” The Washington Post reports. Greene is the first lawmaker to testify under oath about their involvement in the January 6th protest.
A potentially precedent-setting disqualification hearing is more of the current leftist witch hunt by the wicked witch Nasty Nancy Pelosi, and her lying disgusting hate of anyone who supports President Trump.
