She is a woman of unparalleled achievement, towering intellect, sterling credentials, and unyielding loyalty to the Constitution. I know she will do a tremendous job on behalf of the American People.

This is a MASSIVE victory, but we cannot let it be for nothing. If the Left takes back the White House and the Senate, they will expand the Supreme Court and fill it with Radical activists who will undo everything we’ve accomplished. Monday brought us this great news when the majority of the Senate, led by Republicans, voted 52-48 to confirm the federal judge in a vote to fill the Supreme Court vacancy left by the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Six of the nine judges on the Supreme Court were nominated by Republican presidents, with Barrett being the third justice successfully nominated by President Trump.

– The federal judge took the constitutional oath on Monday night and is set to take the judicial oath on Tuesday
