So no name Boynton Beach tax attorney Lawrence Caplan filed the challenge in federal court in the Southern District of Florida citing the amendment’s “disqualification clause” for those who engage in insurrections and rebellion against the United States.  To which constitutional scholar Kevin Wagner said invoking the amendment to kick Trump off the ballot is an endeavor that faces significant legal, constitutional and political hurdles. The sad reality of my cousin Nelson now not being here has yet to sink in as the family laid his ashes to rest in a private location this week. We won't know more about how he passed until the autopsy results become available which will possibly be next week from what I've been told.  As I've reported here my cousin a f ormer Cuban political prisoner Nelson Molinet Espino, 59, was found dead in Florida, where he had lived since the years of his release from Cuban prison. On the 7th he disappeared for several days his body was found on the 11th. “Cuba is in mourning. Let me start by saying that once again this is one of the most shocking news that I've ever talked about. As I reported last time  It's been more than five years after she was killed in an Eastpoint motel, Aileen Seiden and finally I got word this week that the trial is set for January 2024. This has taken forever but I was contacted by another journalist this past week who's name I shall not name yet but he might be willing to speak openly soon on my podcast about this. But it's taken a long time for the trial to start in this case against " Christina Marie Araujo" and her boyfriend/huband that's not too clear anymore but "Zachary Abell" ... Remember I was her boss, and he was into music like myself so we became friends. I'm going to report as this case develops but I'm going to also be one of the few reporting on this because sadly for the victim Aileen this has got little coverage. Her family deserve justice and I hope it's served.

( SOURCE ) JPMorgan was accepting client referrals from  Jeffrey Epstein  years after he left the bank and just months before his  2019 arrest  for child sex-trafficking, court documents reveal. Kathy Ruemmler, who served under Presidents Clinton and Obama before joining white-collar defense firms, was one such referral. As The Daily Beast  reported , Ruemmler showed up to Epstein’s New York arraignment and her name was found multiple times in  Epstein’s 2014 schedule  for meetings with Ehud Barak, Peter Thiel, and Bill Gates.
